My Story

Eight years ago, I took a leap from accounting—after half a lifetime in the field—to pursue my passion for health and wellness. Numbers tell a story, but I wanted to help people rewrite their own.

Our society craves quick fixes, but true, lasting health comes from sustainable lifestyle changes. That belief led me back to school, where I became a Master Certified Nutritionist with expertise in Holistic Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, and Weight Management (thanks in part to my daughter, my willing test subject!).

To better support my clients—especially with today’s growing food sensitivities—I earned my Integrative Health Practitioner certification. Now, I’m working toward the next level, which will allow me to interpret lab tests for deeper insights into health.
